Our Staff

About Marc
Marc recently joined the staff at the Vineyard as our new Senior Pastor. He has almost 20 years of ministry experience providing leadership to ministries from twenty people to leading in a church of 20,000. He has a passion for making the Bible come alive and accessible to everyday life. He is a fun dad of two amazing kids – Leah and Liam. He is also blessed to be married to Keri, whom he considers to be an incredibly gifted leader and partner in building the Church.
About Chris
Chris oversees children from ages 0-18.

Chris began a relationship with Christ as a high school student involved in Young Life. He then became a Young Life leader and discovered his passion for youth ministry. Chris helped start a ministry at Ludlow High School and continued to lead for 6 years. Through leading Young Life, he found that he loved building relationships with students and encouraging them to pursue God. Chris has a passion to see young people experience the love of God in a bold way and using their gifts to serve. He is a Vineyard Institute graduate and has been in ministry since 2006.

In Chris’ free time you’ll find him hanging with his bride Emily and their daughter Callie. He’s active in his community as a basketball, football, and track coach.

About Michelle
At the age of 10, Michelle accepted Christ into her heart and was baptized at her hometown church. Years, later, in college she became involved in Campus Crusade for Christ. Mission trips, Bible studies and working with small children became her passion. She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor’s degree in Special and Gifted education in 2004. She met husband Adam Miller, there who was the drum line instructor for Miami’s marching band. In 2011 she hung up her teaching career and started homeschooling their four children. They love spending time outside and their kids are crazy about racing BMX bikes. She loves that her children enjoy being at the Vineyard with their friends worshipping side by side. “We are blessed at this church with the coolest ‘pint-sized’ community group ever!”
About Lucas
Lucas is very excited about where God wants to take worship at the Vineyard. His current role is to lead the worship for our weekend services and special events. Although you typically see him playing guitar and singing he has most of his musical experience on the clarinet. Lucas is currently attending the University of Louisville on a music scholarship, pursuing a degree in music education and playing clarinet in both the wind ensemble and marching band. GO CARDS!! His passion for worship started at a young age. He started playing worship for a small group around age 12. From there he began leading worship with his sister at the Grant County Vineyard. He thought he was just having fun helping out the church he didn’t realize the whole time God was equipping him for so much more.

Besides playing music, he loves to help work on the family farm with cattle, pigs, and horses. He also loves nature and the outdoors; hiking, camping, and rock climbing all sound great to him on his days off. He’ll be the first to admit that he’ll never be the next Michael Jordan but he still enjoys playing some basketball.

About Cordelia
Cordelia brings over 30 years of experience in non-profit finance/accounting to the Vineyard, as well as, retail experience from owning her own business. Cordelia is responsible for accounting, building and grounds, and human resources.
She is married to Dale and is mother to 3 fur babies, Tommee, Tobbee, and Little Orphan Annee. She is a passionate UK basketball fan who tolerates cold weather only because it is basketball season. Cordelia facilitates women’s Bible studies at her home church, loves to travel (especially to UK games and mission trips), entertain, and has a grand-niece, Khloee, that she dotes on.
